Terms: Prize package is for four people. At least one traveller must be over 21. Where any traveller is under 18, they must have parental or guardian permission. Prize is valid for 12 months and all travel must be completed within that time. All recipients are responsible for obtaining any other documentation required for travel to the prize package destination. All travellers require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel. Any necessary visa or insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests. The prize excludes domestic ground transfers meals, drinks and other attractions not included in the prize package. No cash alternative is available. If the winner or guests are unable to participate in any of the included experiences, then New York Tourism will offer suitable alternatives of equal value at their sole discretion.
