1. Promoter and prize provider
1.1. The promoter of this promotion is Mason Media Agency, trading as Epic Offers, a division of Mason Media Agency, of The Studio, 19 Antelope Avenue, Grays, Essex, RM16 6QT, United Kingdom (the “Promoter”).
1.2. Epic Offers is responsible for the administration of this promotion, including receiving entries, arranging the prize draw, notifying winners and coordinating prize fulfilment.
1.3. The travel prize is provided by Mayfair Travel Specialists (the “Travel Prize Provider”). The ten merchandise prizes are official THE ODYSSEY merchandise from The Noble Collection’s official range.
1.4. Participating media partners are publicising this promotion. They are not responsible for its administration, the selection of winners or the fulfilment of prizes. All enquiries about this promotion should be directed to help@epicoffers.net.
2. Promotion period
2.1. The promotion opens on the date the entry facility becomes available on the official promotion website and closes at 10.00am Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) on 5 December 2026 (the “Closing Date”).
2.2. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be eligible. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that their entries are submitted successfully before the Closing Date.
2.3. The Promoter reserves the right to close the entry facility at the Closing Date. The Closing Date will not be extended except where a change is justified by exceptional circumstances and is made in accordance with applicable Australian laws and regulations.
3. Eligibility
3.1. The promotion is open to permanent residents of Australia aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
3.2. Employees of the Promoter, the Travel Prize Provider, The Noble Collection, the participating media partners, their respective group companies, and anyone professionally connected with the administration of this promotion, together with their immediate family members or members of the same household, are not eligible to enter.
3.3. The Promoter may require an entrant to provide reasonable evidence of their identity, age, Australian residence and eligibility before awarding a prize.
3.4. Entries submitted on behalf of another person, by automated means, through third-party entry services or in breach of these Terms and Conditions may be disqualified.
3.5. Only one free entry per person is permitted. Any additional entry options, including paid options where offered, are subject to the specific entry limits, prices and conditions clearly displayed on the official promotion website before the entrant commits to payment.
4. How to enter
4.1. Eligible entrants may enter through the official promotion website at:

4.2. No purchase is necessary to submit a valid free entry. No skill, knowledge or other qualifying challenge is required.
4.3. The free-entry route is available to eligible entrants without a participation fee. Its instructions, requirements and any applicable entry limits will be clearly displayed on the official promotion website.
4.4. Where paid entry options are offered, their prices, entry quantities, limits and applicable conditions will be clearly disclosed before payment. The free-entry route will be made available and promoted in accordance with applicable Australian laws and regulations. Entries will be included in the draw on a fair basis, and the method of entry will not itself determine an entrant’s likelihood of winning a prize for an individual valid entry.
4.5. Entrants must provide the information requested on the entry form accurately and completely. The Promoter may reject entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, duplicated contrary to these rules or otherwise ineligible.
4.6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, misdirected or not successfully received because of technical failure, network problems or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
4.7. Entry is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By submitting an entry, entrants confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
5. Prizes
5.1. There are eleven prizes available in total, as follows:
First prize — one Mediterranean sailing holiday for two
One winner will receive a prize package for themselves and one guest, comprising:
a) A seven-night voyage aboard a tall sailing ship through Italian waters associated with the myths and legends of THE ODYSSEY, including the Strait of Messina, Sicily, the Aeolian Islands and the Amalfi Coast, subject to the final itinerary and the Travel Prize Provider’s booking conditions.
b) Return flights from Australia to the relevant destination, as arranged by the Travel Prize Provider.
c) Two nights’ hotel accommodation for two people.
d) In-destination transfers associated with the itinerary.
The prize is for two people travelling together. The exact departure airport or airports in Australia, hotel, room arrangements, sailing dates, itinerary, inclusions, exclusions and any applicable booking restrictions will be confirmed by the Travel Prize Provider when the prize is arranged.
Ten runners-up prizes — THE ODYSSEY merchandise
Ten runners-up will each receive one official THE ODYSSEY merchandise prize bundle from The Noble Collection’s official range.
The precise contents of each bundle will be as described on the official promotion website or in the prize description supplied for this promotion. Merchandise is subject to availability, and any permitted substitution will be of comparable nature and value.
5.2. One first-prize package and ten runners-up prizes will be awarded across all participating media partners combined. The number of prizes is not multiplied by the number of participating publications or media partners.
5.3. Prizes are personal to the winners, non-transferable and, unless expressly stated otherwise, cannot be exchanged for cash or another alternative chosen by the winner.
5.4. No cash alternative is available.
5.5. The prizes must be accepted as awarded, subject to these Terms and Conditions and the arrangements reasonably necessary to fulfil them.
6. Travel prize conditions
6.1. The travel prize must be booked through the Travel Prize Provider and is subject to availability, the final itinerary, applicable sailing dates and any booking restrictions communicated to the winner before acceptance.
6.2. The winner must cooperate promptly with the Travel Prize Provider to select and confirm suitable travel dates. The prize must be taken within the validity period and by any booking or travel completion deadline confirmed in writing when the prize is awarded. The applicable validity period and deadline will be communicated to the winner before they are required to accept the prize.
6.3. The winner and guest must travel together and comply with the Travel Prize Provider’s booking requirements and the reasonable conditions of the airlines, accommodation providers, sailing operator and other suppliers involved in delivering the prize.
6.4. At least one traveller must be aged 18 or over. Any traveller under the age of 18 must have the permission of their parent or legal guardian and must comply with the relevant travel suppliers’ age and supervision requirements.
6.5. The winner and guest are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid passports, visas, entry authorisations, travel insurance and any other documents required for their journey. They are responsible for ensuring that their documents meet the requirements of the countries visited and the relevant transport and accommodation providers.
6.6. Unless expressly included in the prize description, the prize does not include meals, drinks, excursions, optional activities, personal spending, travel insurance, passport or visa costs, airport parking, transport to or from an Australian departure airport, additional accommodation, gratuities, local taxes or any other incidental costs.
6.7. The winner and guest are responsible for any costs not expressly included in the prize description. They should confirm the inclusions and exclusions with the Travel Prize Provider before accepting and booking the prize.
6.8. The prize must be taken in accordance with applicable laws, government travel advice, immigration requirements, public health requirements and the reasonable safety requirements of the relevant travel providers.
6.9. If an included element of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter or Travel Prize Provider, a reasonable alternative of comparable nature and value may be offered. No change will be made simply to avoid awarding the advertised prize.
6.10. The Promoter and Travel Prize Provider are not responsible for a winner or guest being unable to travel because they do not hold the required documentation, do not meet applicable entry requirements or fail to comply with the relevant travel providers’ conditions.
7. Prize draw and winner selection
7.1. One first-prize winner and ten runners-up will be selected from all eligible entries received by the Closing Date across all participating media partners.
7.2. The winners will be selected at random from eligible entries after the Closing Date using a verifiably random computer process or an independent person supervising the draw, in accordance with applicable Australian laws and regulations.
7.3. Each eligible entry will be treated in accordance with the same prize-allocation process, irrespective of whether it was submitted through the free-entry route or a paid-entry option.
7.4. The Promoter will retain appropriate records of the draw and the selection of winners.
7.5. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the promotion period.
8. Notification and claiming prizes
8.1. The Promoter will contact the selected winners using the contact details provided at entry, ordinarily by email and, where appropriate, telephone.
8.2. The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact each selected winner. Winners must respond within seven days of the initial notification unless a different reasonable period is expressly communicated to them.
8.3. Before a prize is awarded, the Promoter may require confirmation of identity, age, Australian residence and eligibility. The first-prize winner may also be required to provide information reasonably necessary for the Travel Prize Provider to arrange the holiday.
8.4. If a selected winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, fails to respond within the stated period, declines the prize or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter may select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible entries, subject to any applicable state or territory permit conditions and legal requirements.
8.5. The same process will apply to any alternative winner. The Promoter will not charge a winner a fee to notify them of their win or to claim a prize.
8.6. The Promoter expects to notify the winners within a reasonable period following the draw and to arrange for the prizes to be awarded within 30 days of the Closing Date where reasonably practicable. If fulfilment is expected to take longer, the Promoter will communicate the expected timetable to the winners.
9. Winner information and publicity
9.1. To demonstrate that the promotion has been administered fairly, the Promoter will publish or make available information indicating that valid prize awards have taken place. This will ordinarily consist of the surname and state or territory of residence of major prizewinners, subject to applicable Australian privacy laws and any applicable permit conditions.
9.2. Entrants may object to the publication of their information or request that the amount of information made available be reduced by contacting help@epicoffers.net. The Promoter will consider such requests in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and any applicable regulatory requirements.
9.3. The Promoter may be required to provide winner details and the winning entry to a relevant Australian regulatory authority if requested to demonstrate that the promotion has been administered properly.
9.4. Winners will not be required to participate in publicity as a condition of receiving a prize, unless this has been clearly disclosed in the promotional material and is lawful.
10. Personal data and privacy
10.1. Mason Media Agency, trading as Epic Offers, will act as the promoter responsible for processing entrants’ personal data for the administration of this promotion.
10.2. Personal data requested at entry will be used for purposes including administering entries, checking eligibility, conducting the draw, contacting winners, preventing fraud, arranging prize fulfilment and meeting applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
10.3. The Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), where applicable, and the Australian Privacy Principles.
10.4. Personal data will only be shared with the Travel Prize Provider, relevant prize suppliers, participating service providers and professional advisers to the extent reasonably necessary to administer the promotion, fulfil the prizes, prevent fraud or meet legal obligations. Where personal information is disclosed to recipients outside Australia, the Promoter will handle that disclosure in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
10.5. Entry data will not be used for unrelated direct marketing without an appropriate lawful basis and any consent required by applicable law. Where separate marketing consent is sought, it will be presented separately from entry into the promotion and will not be a condition of entering unless expressly and lawfully stated.
10.6. Personal data will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and to meet applicable legal, accounting, dispute-resolution and regulatory requirements.
10.7. Entrants may have rights to access or correct their personal information and other rights available under applicable law. Requests or questions about personal data should be sent to help@epicoffers.net.

11. General conditions
11.1. The Promoter will administer the promotion fairly and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable Australian laws and regulations, including the Australian Consumer Law contained in Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), where applicable.
11.2. The Promoter may disqualify an entrant where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has breached these Terms and Conditions, acted fraudulently or attempted to manipulate the promotion.
11.3. The Promoter will only amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where exceptional circumstances make this necessary. Any change will be made in accordance with applicable Australian laws and regulations, will not unfairly disadvantage entrants and will be communicated clearly where required. The Promoter will not use this provision simply to avoid awarding an advertised prize.
11.4. The Promoter is not responsible for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, provided that this provision does not remove any obligation to act fairly or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11.5. The Promoter does not exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Australian law.
11.6. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law where to do so would be unlawful.
11.7. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
11.8. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia and the applicable laws of the state or territory in which the entrant resides. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory rights or remedies available to entrants under applicable Australian law.
